as part of a work-study/internship program, to fill an important position within our startup, which aims to become a major player on the international scene.

Job description

Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial and administrative processing of customer orders, with a focus on quality (service, cost, lead time). Communicates technical information on the company’s products/services to customers. Can prospect customers and sell products/services.

Your missions

  1. Market analysis
  • Define your prospecting territory (key accounts, middle market, very small businesses…)
  • Develop and apply sales pitches in conjunction with product marketing
  • Monitor competition and technology
  1. Hunting and commercial prospecting
  • Identify lead-generating contacts and study customer needs
  • Make presentations (on-site and remote demonstrations, etc.).
  • Negotiate and close contractual terms and optimize margin conditions (sales generated) for the company
  • Forward the file to the project teams in charge of production.
  1. Reporting and upselling
  • Ensure that sales targets are met to the desired level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure customer follow-up (progress reports, invoicing, etc.)
  • Identify account escalation opportunities with a view to fertilization

Skills required

  • Create and update files and databases.
  • Follow-up on orders and invoicing
  • Develop a portfolio of customers and prospects
  • Good interpersonal skills and tenacity(prospecting involves a lot of negative responses, which shouldn’t dampen motivation)
  • Develop and build customer loyalty(telephone reception, customer information, etc.)
  • Administrative management of activities


  • You have knowledge of commercial law
  • You are familiar with sales prospecting techniques
  • You master marketing and sales techniques
  • You know professional English
  • You have already used ERP software such as Odoo.
  • You contribute to improving procedures
